A great workout to start your day with

This workout was perfect to start my day with. Mornings are not my best cardio time so I was looking for a workout that is focused on strength (grind) but still your heart rate up in a good way, and this was it! Also the mobility parts are a great addition! It’s good that they also provide the timer so I just had to focus on getting the reps done.
