Max effort

Great workout. Looks easier on the page. 2 rounds in and 2 rounds of pushups had me thinking what have I done here! Battled through and came out with a respectable score.

Great workout, lived the amrap followed by great stretching and core work and a final for time workout really capped it off.

Endurance

Solid workout. Looks not the hardest on paper but dont underestimate it. Went 20kg for r1 on each side, quickly went down to 16kg for r2 on each side. Great finisher, not a move I do often is double clean to reverse lunge and press, loved it.

Cardio

I never used hardstyle, but the good thing is that its easily adapted to suit what you want to do at the time. I went for sport style and felt it worked great.
