“If the first squat is also with the load – will be even harder (now it’s not clear, bodyweight or with the bell, and which hold should be used if so). 40 strict presses each side will hurt. 40 burpees will do the rest.”

“I should have done it with 12s to make it scoring, but I am happy anyway. Cleans made my biceps scream, and half-snatches matched with CF burpees left no chance to talk aloud) Next time will try to match 18 mins time cap, as it was designed. Thanks!”
