Solution

Use a weight that is appropriate for the task and allows you to maintain good form and technique.

Description

A certain weight might be good enough for several reps but becomes too heavy after unbroken higher volume and starts to affect the form and technique.

It might also be that your form and technique is not up to scratch yet for the chosen weight. Performing high volume with a heavy weight and form and technique that’s not safe has a high risk of causing injury.

Form and technique before weight and reps. Work with the weight you can execute the last rep the same or close to the first good rep.
