I wanted something effective but non-cardio, since I did cardio yesterday, and this was perfect for focusing on strength and legs. The workout is simple yet scalable to different needs, and I especially enjoyed the Jefferson curls which are not often included in KB routines/workouts. I did them elevated, which added a nice challenge. I used a 14 kg + 12 kg = 22 kg for task 1, and a 14 kg for task 2.
