Great strength/endurance workout, not too technical, so you can go heavy if you like (if your technique is sound already). It was tougher than I thought, I did my own warm up before Taco’s warm up as I didn’t want to do a weighted warm up straight off (but know your own body, and I need a longer warm up). Its 5 mins task 1 followed by 3 mins task 2 and then some nice active recovery before doing it all over again. However, Task 1 was a tough 5 mins but you know its only 2 x rounds, easily manageable. Short list of exercises so you wont forget the complex. I enjoyed this one.
