I used double 14kg for all 10 rounds and it was enough for me to stay somewhat consistent with my reps .
Regarding my form i was there and when i felt i’m lacking i went down with reps.

For TASK 1 my reps were : 4-6-5-5-5-5-5-5-5-7
For TASK 2 : 7-7-7-8-6-7-7-7-7-8
For TASK 3 : 13-15-12-15-10-13-13-15-10-20
