I realy like this kind of workouts. Short and effective.

After the holidays i see now how much i lost condition vise. So today was somehwat hard for me.

I used 18kg for task 1 and 20kg for task 2

Simple movements clean and press so i can pratcise my cleans wich are getting better and more comfrotable .

I rate this workout 10-10
