I’m retuning to this workout for sure!
Ambitious today and thought I could do the advanced version but quickly realized the intensity and HR.  Round 1, 25 reps on each arm, then a break.  Round 2, 25 each arm and rested after each exercise.  Final round was break the reps by 15/10 each arm and also a break.  HR off the charts and talk about mental toughness pushed through to get 450 reps completed.
