I completed the half marathon on 21st September using a 20kg. I was aiming to maintain 10 reps per minute and was able to achieve it. I erroneously dropped the bell at 29th minute without noticing the timer and was able to get only 291 reps. I will try this workout later and will try for 11 reps per min. Overall I enjoyed this workout and it’s challenging. Thanks to Taco and Anna for getting each lifters to test and progress their lifting to the next level.
