Focus on increasing velocity as much as possible from the start of the movement rather than at the end.
Description
Explosiveness is the quality of creating as much speed as possible at the start of the movement. The lack of explosiveness can be due to the weight being too heavy or simply not having trained for it.
You can identify the lack of explosiveness when the movement looks slow from start to halfway and is pretty much traveling at a similar speed.
