I have been doing this for a few weeks and have seen progression alongside my other strength / kettlebell training. I am having trouble moving up to the next heavy weight though (2 x 24) as its too much of a jump from 2 x 20 for me…I think I may invest in some 22kg bells because I REALLY LIKE this and want to continue to gain strength using it.
