Your Assessment Videos

Congratulations on completing your assessments. Every video you submitted is a snapshot of your technique at this point in your journey.

Why Keep Your Videos?

Looking back at your technique after six months, a year, or even five years is one of the most powerful tools for measuring real progress. You will be able to see differences that are impossible to notice day-to-day: cleaner movement patterns, better timing, improved posture under load, and confidence that comes from years of practice.

Our system lets you compare your assessment videos side by side with newer recordings of the same exercises. The difference is often remarkable — and it is motivating in a way that numbers alone cannot capture.

Your Options

You have 30 days after completing this course to decide what to do with your assessment videos:

• Keep them — Your videos stay in your cloud storage. This requires an active IKU subscription with a storage allowance that covers your total usage. You can review, compare, and download them at any time.
• Delete them — Your videos are permanently removed. Your storage space is freed up immediately. This cannot be undone.

If you do not make a decision within 30 days, your assessment videos will be automatically deleted to free up storage resources.

Storage and Subscriptions

Your cloud storage allowance depends on your subscription tier. If you do not have an active subscription, or if your current tier does not include enough storage, you will need to upgrade to keep your videos.

You can check your current storage usage and manage your videos from your profile under ME → Storage.
