About this workout

RELENTLESS builds power and pacing through three progressive RPM drops — starting with heavy dead snatches and double kettlebell clean and jerks, stepping down in weight as the rate climbs. An 8-minute active recovery bridges you to a 10-minute scored AMRAP combining dead snatches and single kettlebell clean and jerks.

Task 1 and Task 4 use a single kettlebell. Task 2 uses double kettlebells. Select three weights for the RPM ladder sections.

Scaling

Simple scaling

  • Reduce RPM targets — use 3/5/10 RPM instead of 4/6/12
  • Use a single kettlebell for task 2 if double kettlebell is too demanding
  • Shorten the AMRAP to 7 minutes for beginners

Detailed scaling

  • Beginner: Use the RPM ladder with reduced targets (3/5/10 RPM). Sub single kettlebell clean and jerk for task 2. Use 7-minute AMRAP for task 4.
  • Advanced: Add an extra set at maximum RPM in tasks 1 and 2 before the rest. In task 4, track rounds and aim to beat your score on each return to this workout.

Scoring

Rounds multiplied by weight used

Example: If you complete 7 rounds of Task 4 with a 20 kg kettlebell, your score is 7 × 20 = 140 points
