Why this workout
About this workout
This is a great double kettlebell workout with a simple combo that has alternatives and progressions (make sure to check that video).
The workout consists of two AMRAPs with mobility work in between. The first AMRAP is short so you can go heavy, and the last one is long so you can go lighter.
So, short heavy work allowing you to put everything in. Then, there is active recovery to be able to pick up those weights again for a much longer but lighter task and end with that puddle of sweat. We're still in winter while we filmed this, so that puddle of sweat was missing.
