A short, intense, single kettlebell cardio workout — 60 reps of one combo, as fast as possible. The 16-minute cap is quite generous: we timed the combo at about ten seconds, then we've been generous with five seconds of rest per combo and also added another extra minute of rest, so you can get this done. Just keep moving. The more seconds you have left, the higher your scoring.
Session flow
The full workout from start to finish — each colour shows effort level at that moment.
Which muscle groups this workout targets most.
The 4-exercise combo recruits the entire body — legs and hips drive the Swing and Snatch, the back and arms power the Clean and Row.
60 reps of continuous handle gripping with hand switches produces extreme grip and forearm fatigue.
The Bent-Over Row and hang lift finish directly load the lats and upper back, with lower back isometric demand throughout.
The Hang Clean, Half Snatch, and the overhead lockout position demand sustained shoulder stability and strength.
The Swing and Half Snatch load the hamstrings and posterior chain through repeated hip extension.
60 reps of a continuous 4-exercise combo drives sustained cardiovascular demand throughout the time cap.
Grip, shoulder, and posterior chain endurance are tested across all 60 reps of the combo without extended rest periods.
Linking Hang Clean, Swing, Half Snatch, and Bent-Over Row into a fluid combo requires precise technique, especially the hang lift finish after the row.
The Bent-Over Row and Hang Clean build posterior chain and pulling strength under fatigue.
Maintaining form and pace for 60 reps against a 16-minute clock demands sustained focus and mental resilience.
