About this workout

Super simple workout and easy to turn into a beginner workout by simply switching from double to single kettlebell work. You want to work with heavy weights, of course, as at any level, the weight should be heavy but never compromise form.

Clean the weights with a Hardstyle clean and squat nice and deep. Put the weights down and follow up with two CrossFit burpees. Repeat this process for as many rounds as possible within 12 minutes.

Spend 4 minutes on active recovery and then end with the alternating strict press. Again, as heavy as possible while being able to get many reps out. If you work with two kettlebells, then you keep one racked while you press the other. This will prevent you from having to switch sides, which is what you would need to do when working with one kettlebell.
