When performing a Turkish Get-Up with a heavier weight — this one is 28 kg — you need to pay extra attention to the supporting arm. As you come up onto your elbow and then onto your hand, keep the supporting shoulder packed and the shoulder blade properly positioned. I’m using 28 kg, which is roughly my current working weight for the Turkish Get-Up. There is always a room for improvement.
