Just passed "Kettlebell Elbow Tendonitis Knowledge Check". Let me back up some. Started FAST IRON 4 weeks ago. One of the exercises is a double arm squat curl into the rack and stand up quickly. Then lower back into squat slowly. Do this twice a week. Over the weeks I've increased the bell size and sets and reps. Last Friday, I started to have more left inside of elbow pain. Stopped the workout since Taco says don't push thru joint pain. Then in my homepage, the above lesson popped up. I have the symptoms. I need to rest and lightly exercise the elbow. So anyone had this before? What exercises helped?
Do you have light dumbbells?
Yes. Gym has all weights. Kettlebells no, but dumbbells yes.
Wrist curls. Wrist rotations. Forearm rotations. With light weights, 4 to 6kg. Self-massage to promote blood flow.
@Taco Fleur Saw Asgard on my daily recommendation. Is this a new FAST IRON type program?
@Steven Oldner It is just as good but completely different. Ah, you mean it came up on Amazon already? Only just got it out. That's fast.
