Maintaining a steady pace is key in this workout; 20 minutes can feel like an eternity. I incorporated brief rests during the half snatches to conserve energy. For the burpees, I opted for CrossFit-style with step out/in motion as my muscles started to tire, allowing me to sustain the intensity longer. By the end, my quadriceps were on fire, a testament to pushing through the anaerobic threshold.
