Conor recommended this one and indeed excellent workout. Even though these days with GS training, I’ve hit up keep most of my KB workouts with 10kg which has been perfect. I hope I can return to using 12kg for workouts in future. For this workout: task 1 – 9, 10; task 2 – 72, 80 & task 3 – 3:45.
