STRATOS

Another great workout with simple movements right up my alley. As all other workouts that i do for the first time i went lighter just to feel it up but even with lover weight you get a great workout. Those swings really sneak up on you! Keep this kind of workouts coming.

APACHE

What an amazing workout! Short on time? Want to destroy yourself? Than this is for you!!! I used double 14kg for all 10 rounds and it was enough for me to stay somewhat consistent with my reps . Regarding my form i was there and when i felt i’m lacking i went down with reps.

A great workout with warm-up included , but you have to be carefull how you pick your weight. I used 16kg but had to go down to 14kg and up again to 16kg .

LAVA – a horrifyingly good muscular endurance kind of workout. I used 16kg throughout, scoring 78 total reps (total of 2 rounds, left and right for Task 1) My Fitbit thinks I did great work. Thanks Taco and Anna for this excellent workout
