This book is the 5th in the Kettlebell Workouts and Challenges series, of which the first one was written back in 2017. A quick introduction to the person who designed the workouts, i.e., me: I have over 2 decades of kettlebell experience, training people across the world, owned three gyms, and obtained certification with StrongFirst SFG2, RGSI, IKFF, IKSFA, CrossFit, I have reached Kettlebell Sport Rank 1, and have a background in Martial Arts as a rusty BJJ Purple Belt.
