My Completed Workouts

As a member, you can easily access and search through all the workouts you completed. You can search by keyword, workout name, completed on or before a date, on or after a date, workouts with a certain scoring, and you can see other important details. The best thing is that you have a good overview of what workouts you’ve done.

My Favorite Workouts

As a member, you can easily access your favorite workouts and filter by those you rated 7, 8, 9, or 10. You can also see the review that you left for the workout so you can remember why you liked it so much.

My Badges

As a member, you can earn badges for completing workouts, scoring, keeping track of your progress, and so much more that will motivate you to keep interactive and active with the workouts.

My Workout Scorings

As a member, you can get a good overview of all the scorings you recorded for each workout, you can search by date, by workout, and so on. This will allow you to get a good overview and easily track your progress.

My Condition

As a member, you can get a good overview of your condition in detail, like for example technique, strength wrist, strength upper arm, strength shoulder, strength neck, and the list goes on for body parts/areas and other things like stability, mobility, flexibility, etc.

My Abilities

As a member, you can keep track of and display your abilities which means that you can keep track of the kettlebell exercises that you know and at what level. You can categorize each exercise from our website under Beginner, Beginner to Intermediate, Intermediate, Intermediate to Advanced, Advanced, and Expert. This functionality will give you a good overview of what you need to work on. If you have an IKU coach™ and use the coaching system then all this is integrated.

My Focus Exercises

As a member, you can keep track of any exercises that you want to focus on for the next few weeks, months, or longer. This is the place where you keep track of them and add notes. This is like a whiteboard where you chalk things up and play around with exercises that you want to focus on for a bit or a long time, it’s up to you! It’s your whiteboard.
