Kettlebell Push Press

This variation of the shoulder press places a lot of focus on the scapula and rear deltoid. The objective is to create as much scapula adduction and external shoulder rotation before pressing.

The kettlebell Renegade Rows exercise is performed with two kettlebells and without push-up, there is however a variation with a triceps push-up added.

The push-up is a triceps push-up due to the location of the kettlebells, which are placed right under the shoulders, thus making it not safe to perform a chest push-up.
