Kettlebell Exercise Information

This is a Loaded Exercise Combo that consists out of the following exercises:

Perform the combo on both sides. Left and right is counted as one.

On the first rep, you can either clean the kettlebells and start from racking or you can perform the half snatch with a dead start. As you do the other side, the kettlebells will already be in racking. If you perform another rep (left and right) then again the kettlebells will already be in racking.

The curl and press from kneeling are performed at the same time. Stand up and do the other side, perform another rep, or bring the kettlebell back to dead.

The advanced version is where the arms stay overhead into an overhead reverse lunge, and then one arm goes to racking and into a curl.

Slow tempo:

2RPM for the Kettlebell King’s Combo at a fast tempo.

Fast tempo:

3RPM for the Kettlebell King’s Combo at a fast tempo.
