Incorrect Kettlebell Programming

Incorrect kettlebell programming can cause overuse, overtraining, and not recovering. It can also cause tendon issues, especially when paired with other incorrect programming like too high volume or weight too heavy. All of this becomes even more applicable when paired with incorrect form and/or technique.

Incorrect Kettlebell Form And/Or Technique

Incorrect form can cause muscles to overwork or add a lot of additional stress. Incorrect technique can cause issues with tendons, muscles, and more.

The Kettlebell Is Not The Problem

If you have a good kettlebell, as explained here, then the kettlebell is never the problem. One can do thousands of unbroken reps without tearing your hands or experiencing lower back pain when a correct progression has been followed. Correct progression comes down to programming, programming the right exercise(s), the right reps, the right sets, the right weight, and the right amount of rest.
