How to Create a Kettlebell Coaching Request?
To create a kettlebell coaching request or form check, you first need to have a membership or be part of an IKU™ online camp, and be signed in to this website.
Once signed in, you can create a request for a specific exercise from a workout, if available, that would look like the following.
From there you can click on the link to make a request.
You can also directly make a request here for any of the exercises listed on our website. If the exercise is not listed yet, you can request an expedition of us adding it.
The minimum information that is required to add to the request is a video or photo, the exercise in question, and a time index of where to find the exercise if the video contains more than just one exercise.
Your request will then be submitted to the queue and a coach will review it within 24 to 48 hours excluding weekends. If the coach finds any issues that you need to address, they will be assigned to your request, and you will be able to review this and the solutions. The great thing is that you can keep track of your progress with learning about kettlebells, as you’ll be able to look back on your first request months later and compare it to your current form and technique.
