You should only rev that motorcycle handle one way, it seems you are going the opposite way first. So, perhaps l”ike revving a motorcycle” is not such a great analogy.

To initiate the drop from overhead and get the reverse doorknock happening in the Hardstyle snatch, perform wrist flexion and pull the elbow down, and follow through with the correct path for the elbow, which is to the side and back.
