Mistake

Once the kettlebell is overhead, the head turns away from the arm that holds the kettlebell.

Solution

Look ahead, chin up, everything aligned straight, i.e. the cervical aligned with the rest of the spine.

Description

Turning the neck away from the arm that’s overhead creates a weaker upper back and is also usually paired with a raised shoulder.
