Rotating the spine in a Hardstyle snatch.

Solution

Keep the spine from rotation and resist the rotational force.

Description

A Hardstyle snatch is rigid and the thoracic spine should not rotate. The rotational force needs to be resisted to build strength.

The issue may be too heavy, too many, or not paying attention to this detail.
