Mistake

Not fully extending the hips, knees, and/or ankles at the top of the exercise.

Solution

Make sure to stand tall and straight by extending all the joints to come back in a neutral standing position.

Description

This can occur in a swing at the top of the swing, in a clean when in racking, or in a snatch when the weight is overhead.
