The ankles and knees are not bending enough for the squat movement and results in the torso coming forward more.

Solution

Bend the knees and ankles more, and generally this also needs to be paired with dropping the hips more.

Description

In anything with a squat movement, it can be common for the knees and hips not to bend enough. This can result in the torso coming forward which increases the load on the lower back and can reduce the force generated.
