Mistake

The feet leave the ground in a push press, jerk, dead snatch, or squat thruster.

Solution

Keep the feet planted on the ground or at least the balls of the feet.

Description

With the jerk the heels can leave the ground but if the feet fully leave the ground that can lead to instability and injury. With the push press, the common consensus is to keep the feet planted on the ground.
