    Already little better

    Today’s technique training:

I made short series of 8, 10 and 12kg. I think I’m just lazy, hasty or too tired to think lift’s proper technique.

I think it went quite well with 12 kgs. Left side goes as automatically as it can be. Right side I must think  all the lifts every time.

    Description:

Hi Heli, the kettlebell is banging because you are waiting for it to land on you. You need to come toward the kettlebell when it’s high like this. Eventually, you want to get the height right and insert lower so that there is no need to punch up. First, work on just catching the weight, i.e. come toward it, insert, catch, and rack.

Also, a weight too light will flop, try a 10kg if you have it and a 12kg for resubmission.
