Kettlebell Racked Reverse Lunge
NOTE: The video shows the Double Kettlebell Racked Reverse Lunge while this exercise should be done with one kettlebell.
Keep the kettlebell in the racking position while lunging back with one leg and gently touching the ground with the knee. Stand back up and that’s one rep.
Perform this exercise for as many reps as your card gave you and repeat on the other side.
