Kettlebell Double-Arm Hip Hinge Swing
Hold the handle with both hands and swing the kettlebell with force from the legs up and back through the legs. In this video, I use a heavy kettlebell, yours should be heavy enough for a ballistic exercise but nowhere near this weight. I discuss weights in the free beginner guide here.
