Six of Hearts

These are the number of sets that you perform.

Each set consists of the number of repetitions that you got from the cards.

If you get 6 repetitions and 4 sets with the following exercises:

  • Single Kettlebell Bent-Over (both sides)
  • Single Kettlebell Racked Reverse Lunge (both sides)

Your workout would look like the following:

  • 6 x Single Kettlebell Bent-Over
  • 6 x Single Kettlebell Bent-Over (other side)
  • 6 x Single Kettlebell Racked Reverse Lunge
  • 6 x Single Kettlebell Racked Reverse Lunge (other side)

Depending on what intensity you got from the cards, you may rest or not.

Remember, whenever it gets too complex, go back to having fun with the deck, and just do what works for you. Throw some exercises and reps and you make the rest up, use some dice if you have to.
