Six of Diamonds
NOTE: The 7, 8, 9, and 10 of Diamonds are also part of the cards that determine the number of reps.
- Six of Diamonds is 4 repetitions
- Seven of Diamonds is 5 repetitions
- Eight of Diamonds is 6 repetitions
- Nine of Diamonds is 7 repetitions
- Ten of Diamonds is 8 repetitions
Repetitions are the number of times you repeat the exercise(s).
For this deck of cards, the easiest is to follow your sequence of exercises. For example, you draw the following exercise cards:
- Swing
- Squat
- Press
And you draw 6 for repetitions and 4 for sets.
Your workout would be 6 swings, 6 squats, and 6 presses on each side, you would repeat this for 4 sets. Normally we call those rounds, but to keep things simple, this is the naming we use. This is because we also provide more advanced options to explore later.
