You scanned the Joker, you can’t go back now. No cheating. Pick one of the following options:

  1. Ladder
  2. Interval
  3. Chipper

Ladder

If you drew 2 exercises, perform them as a ladder going up and down like so:

1 time each exercise (on both sides if required)
2 times
3 times
4 times
3 times
2 times
1 time

That was just an example, your ladder is up to 12. If that’s not enough, you can add the workout the cards gave you as well.

If you drew 3 exercises, the ladder is 10, and if you drew 4 or more then the ladder is 8.

If you post online in our group then you may deduct 2 rounds from the ladder.

Interval

You work for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds per exercise. If you drew 2 exercises then you perform 12 rounds. If you drew 3 exercises, the number of rounds is 10, and if you drew 4 exercises or more then the number of rounds is 8. If you post online in our group then you may deduct 2 rounds.

Chipper

If you drew 2 exercises then your number is 50 repetitions per exercise. If you drew 3 exercises, the number is 40, and if you drew 4 exercises or more then the number is 30.

This means that you complete the given number of repetitions for each exercise and on each side if required. If that’s not enough, you can add the workout the cards gave you as well.

If you post online in our group then you may deduct 10% of the reps.
