Kettlebell Kneeling Press
Kneel on mats or a towel to protect your knees. If you don’t have access to that, then a single-leg kneeling position, as demonstrated below, may be more suitable.
The demonstration shows one leg kneeling while the requested exercises are intended to be done with both legs kneeling. For the press, the elbow should remain at the front, as demonstrated to the side is more advanced.
Kneel on both knees and press the kettlebell overhead from the racking position. Bring the kettlebell back into the racking position and that’s one rep.
Perform this exercise for as many reps as your card gave you and repeat on the other side.
