Solution

Employ the right grip and relax the grip at the point where the weight is in its ballistic flight or a position where the grip can relax, and employ a hook grip that is only as tense as is required to hold on to the handle.

Gripping the kettlebell handle too tight and constantly can result in the muscles wearing out and eventually becoming overworked, especially when doing high heavy volume and proper recovery is lacking.

One can do thousands of reps without any issues if the form and technique are correct.
