Solution

Use the door knock during grip transition, i.e. during hand insertion on the up phase or regripping during the drop.

Description

Both RKC and SFG require the door-knock technique on the snatch and drop for the Hardstyle full snatch. There may be a little bit of rotation but no shoulder rotation.

A good door knock is where the bell (round bit) flips over the fist. The door knock is harder than the corkscrew technique and this is Hardstyle.
