Exercise: Kettlebell Clean
Description:
I’ve trained Clean a month now and still right side doesn’t go well. The kettlebell still hit onto forearm way too hard sometimes. I don’t get bruises anymore, so there’s a bit of progress during month training.
Your tip of clean swing was very good. The bell don’t fly too high and it stays nearer to my body.
