Description:
I was focusing on the doorknock which I hope I got Okey. To me it looks like it’s a doorknock. The elbow could still go a bit more back.
I’m a bit uncertain if I’m squatting on some of the reps and not just hip hinging which would then make it a bit more SFG. I still follow the bell a bit….

Hi Filip, checking to see if this was supposed to be a fix to some of the issues reported earlier? If so, you need to submit them to those issues rather than making a new request.

You closed my other submission from yesterday and told me to create a new submission where I fix the doorknock and then we work with the issues from that video. So consider this as a first entry as I don’t have any issues in the coaching system
Another thing to work on, lead by pulling down and at the same time the flick of the wrist.
Due to the filming angle, I can’t see if you are looking down (once overhead and when dropping) but it looks like you are, could be wrong.
