I have problems with lower back
I’m leaning forward on the way down and up i know that on the way up I have to lead with shoulders but somehow I’m not there ( so I think ) Maybe I’ll have to really engage whole body to do this right I would appreciate if you could help me |

I assigned the rounded upper back issue to this. I can’t see the feet to understand if you need to bend the ankles more or not, but I think you do.
A Goblet squat and working on your posture in the bottom of the squat for a couple of seconds is a good thing to do. If you like, post a video in the group of this.
Also, pull your head back, it’s out very far. You may also want to try to pull the elbows down in the rack and relax the upper traps.
