Racked squats

Description:

I have problems with lower back

I’m leaning forward on the way down and up

i know that on the way up I have to lead with shoulders but somehow I’m not there ( so I think )

Maybe I’ll have to really engage whole body to do this right

I would appreciate if you could help me

  1. I assigned the rounded upper back issue to this. I can’t see the feet to understand if you need to bend the ankles more or not, but I think you do.

    A Goblet squat and working on your posture in the bottom of the squat for a couple of seconds is a good thing to do. If you like, post a video in the group of this.
