Exercise: Kettlebell Jerk

Hi Taco,
I do not do Jerks in my normal practice so its vey awkward but happy to learn something new.
My self assessment.,
-
- I have a double bounce somewhere in finishing my jerk
-
- Not sure how low to dip or dipping too low is sign that I am carrying heavier than comfortable for a jerk
-
- My stance seem too wide
- Not sure when to dip and when to stand etc.
