Kettlebell Jerk

Exercise: Kettlebell Jerk

Hi Taco,

I do not do Jerks in my normal practice so its vey awkward but happy to learn something new.

My self assessment.,

    1. I have a double bounce somewhere in finishing my jerk

 

    1. Not sure how low to dip or dipping too low is sign that I am carrying heavier than comfortable for a jerk

 

    1. My stance seem too wide

 

    Not sure when to dip and when to stand etc.
