Just Snatch – 1st full attempt – 12kg

Status: Awaiting fixes
Exercise: Hardstyle Snatch (RKC)
Description:

10 per arm then swing switch without bell down.
forgot about side view until last 2 sets. approx 4:30 time stamp.

Self assessment:
trying to focus on previous advice, delaying hinge in particular.
still looks a little shallow.

Question – move to 16kg bell for these now, or absolutely nail the 12kg first?
