Exercise: Hardstyle Snatch (RKC)
Description:
In the HS RKC full snatch, I find myself with too many things to think about. My eyesight is looking in front which means that my neck alignment is off. Hip hinge is a little better when looking straight ahead. Still am NOT able to pull my elbow in during drop. Weight is 10kg.

Things to correct: elbow not bending.
Resubmission on 8.13.24
I have been working on the wrist flick to help with pulling the elbow in and I did the wrist flick but still unable to pull elbow in. Is my wrist flick seem ok here? It feels really awkward bending or “rolling back like revving a motorcycle.” Does elbow look better than before?

Just wanted to check to see if you are receiving one the message about resubmission on 8.13.24
I do not receive notification of replies here, ever, the system does not send it to me, I only find them by accident. So, always email if you want to reply to these messages. It’s silly, but I’ve had support look into it and there is nothing they can do.
