Exercise: Hardstyle Snatch (RKC)
Description:

this is my ‘Just Snatch’ with 20kg. alternating sets of 10 per side and including front and both profiles.

it’s been a few months without much KB work. I feel clunky right now, but this is where I am. I find the 16kg to light to control with snatches – but right now my overall fitness is making the 20kg a bit of a challenge at high reps. So I just looking for general feedback. There are some good reps, and some junky ones here.

I have been better, and will get better.
